Podcasting at Firehouse Expo

The crew here at Firefighter Netcast has been having a blast at Firehouse Expo. We have recorded almost two dozen podcasts with various guests. We are in the process of editing them as well as Chris Naum’s “Taking it to the Streets” debut episode.

Here is our first offering from Firehouse Expo. We were happy to have Robbie and Danny Owens stop by the booth and we promptly got them set up to do an impromptu podcast!

Robbie is a master firefighter for the Henrico County (VA) Division of Fire. Danny is a firefighter for the Richmond (VA) Department of Emergency Services. Together they run the Average Jake Firefighter Blog.

They are fans of Firefighter Netcast and we have had Robbie as a caller on several of our shows. These two brothers are great guys all around and students of all things related to new and improved firefighter tactics.

Enjoy the podcast!

  1. [...] The highlight of my day had to be being interviewed for a segment by the Firefighter Net Cast crew. It was a short interview basically just asking us what we though about the EXPO. You can listen to it here: http://www.firefighternetcast.com/2010/07/podcasting-at-firehouse-expo/ [...]
