We’ve dug up audio of rescuers admonishing the ship’s captain to return to his ship and assist in the rescue effort; the first video from inside the half-submerged cruise ship of the technical rescue operations in place including the use of controlled explosions in the rescue effort. Then look at a 4-alarm rowhouse fire in Brooklyn and listen in on all the fireground audio.

Tulsa’s James O’Neal, the firefighter who went down in full arrest during an arson fire last week, was released from the hospital today, far ahead of expectations. Our videos of the day come from a New Jersey 4-alarm fire which injured two firefighters as they made a third story pick rescuing an elderly woman.
